You must be at least 21 years of age to register or play on amer4d. Accounts opened by persons under 21 will be permanently closed and all funds returned. No exceptions.
Each player is permitted exactly one amer4d account. Creating duplicate accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension.
All amer4d bonuses carry clearly stated wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Bonus terms are published in full alongside every promotional offer — there is no hidden small print.
All transactions on amer4d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit thresholds and withdrawal processing times are defined in Clause 6. No currency conversion fees are applied by amer4d.
Fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, chargebacks, money laundering, and use of automated betting software are all grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances, without appeal.
All disputes must be submitted to amer4d customer support in writing within 30 days of the event in question. amer4d's decision on all settled disputes is final, subject to the governing law clause.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

| "Balance" | The total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). |

| "Wagering Requirement" | The total aggregate betting turnover a Player must generate before Bonus Funds and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. |

| "Prohibited Activity" | Any conduct listed under Clause 9 of these Terms, or any other activity the Company determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or contrary to the integrity of the Platform. |
By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager through amer4d, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the amer4d Privacy Policy and all supplementary rules applicable to specific games or promotions, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting customer support.

To register and maintain an Account on amer4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
amer4d primarily serves players located in Indonesia. All payment methods, customer support resources, and promotional offerings are designed around the Indonesian player experience. Players are responsible for understanding their own local legal position regarding online betting.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one amer4d Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — for any purpose, including claiming more than one Welcome Bonus, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering, you must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, address, contact telephone number, and preferred payment method. You must keep this information current throughout the life of your Account. Providing false or misleading registration details is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of Balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. amer4d will never ask for your password by any channel. You must notify amer4d customer support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. amer4d accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting amer4d support. Requests for permanent self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme are treated separately from standard account closure and are governed by Clause 10 below. amer4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
amer4d is required by its international licensing obligations to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. The KYC verification process may also be triggered at account opening, upon reaching certain cumulative deposit thresholds, or at any point where the Company considers verification necessary to fulfil its compliance obligations.
Indonesian players will typically be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:
amer4d aims to complete KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving a complete and legible document set. Incomplete submissions will be returned with a request for additional information, which will reset the review clock. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is approved will be held in a pending state until verification is complete.
All documents submitted for KYC are handled in strict accordance with the amer4d Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely, used exclusively for compliance purposes, and never shared with unauthorised third parties.
amer4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
The minimum deposit via bank transfer is Rp 25.000. The minimum deposit via e-wallet is Rp 10.000. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status and are displayed at the cashier screen at the time of transaction.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. All withdrawals must be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the amer4d Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15–60 minutes for bank transfers and within 5–30 minutes for e-wallets, subject to the receiving institution's processing times.
amer4d does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. amer4d accepts no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment providers.
In the event of a failed deposit, funds will be returned to the originating account within 1–3 business days. If a withdrawal is returned due to incorrect beneficiary details provided by the Player, amer4d will credit the funds back to the Player's Account Balance and request corrected details before reprocessing.
Anti-Money Laundering: amer4d is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities under its international licensing terms. Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Any attempt to use the Platform for money laundering will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to applicable authorities.
All bonuses and promotions offered by amer4d are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.
Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Wagering Requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 10× wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 1.000.000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted).
Not all games on the amer4d Platform contribute equally — or at all — toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement. The contribution percentage of each game category is specified in the relevant promotion's terms. As a general guide: sports bets and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) typically contribute 100%, slots contribute between 50%–100%, and certain live table games may contribute a reduced percentage or zero toward wagering requirements.
All Bonus Funds carry an expiry date and/or a maximum wagering period, as stated in the individual promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements and unused Bonus Funds will be automatically removed from your Account upon expiry without further notice.
amer4d reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend or close the Account of any Player who is found to be abusing the bonus system, including but not limited to: claiming multiple Welcome Bonuses across duplicate accounts, exploiting matched-betting strategies designed to guarantee profit from bonus offers, or systematically wagering on outcomes with unfavourable contribution rates to fulfil requirements with minimal risk.
All bets placed on amer4d are subject to acceptance by the Company. amer4d reserves the right to refuse, limit, or restrict any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. A bet is only confirmed once it has been accepted by the system and a confirmation reference is issued to the Player.
In the event of a software error, feed malfunction, or manifestly incorrect odds being offered, amer4d reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes to the affected Players. Winnings generated as a direct result of a technical error will not be honoured. amer4d will make every reasonable effort to identify and correct errors promptly.
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours of its original scheduled start time, or abandoned before its natural completion, all open bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Balance, unless the specific rules for that market state otherwise.
Maximum payout limits apply per event, per market, and per Player per day. Applicable limits are displayed within the relevant market on the Platform. amer4d reserves the right to adjust maximum payout limits at any time.
Togel draw results are sourced from the official draw operators for each market (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, Macau, and others as listed on the Platform). amer4d accepts no responsibility for any delay or discrepancy in the publication of official draw results. Settlement of togel bets will occur within a reasonable time after the relevant official result is published.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the amer4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Balances, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

Self-Exclusion: Once a self-exclusion request is confirmed, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period. During exclusion, your Account will be frozen and you will be unable to deposit, place bets, or claim promotions. amer4d will take all reasonable steps to prevent the creation of new accounts by self-excluded players.
All content on the amer4d Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of amer4d or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. You must not reproduce, redistribute, sell, sublicence, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of amer4d.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, amer4d and its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
amer4d's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
amer4d makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times, free from interruption, or free from errors. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to Players in advance wherever practicable, and amer4d will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise platform downtime.
Nothing in this Clause shall limit amer4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
amer4d collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
amer4d will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for the operation of the Platform — including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud detection services — under strict data-processing agreements.
amer4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Players will be notified via a prominent notice on the Platform and/or by email to the address registered on their Account, with at least 7 days' advance notice before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes. The current version of these Terms is always accessible at amer4d.cam/terms-conditions and supersedes all previous versions.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which amer4d holds its primary international operating licence.
In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact amer4d customer support in the first instance. amer4d will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes informally and fairly within 30 days of a written complaint being received. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral institution under the governing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this Clause affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws applicable in your country of residence.
